What to Expect When We Connect
We know choosing the right cleaning partner is an important decision, and we want to make the process as smooth and professional as possible.
Option 1: Quick Phone or Virtual Call (10–15 minutes)
Some clients prefer to start with a brief phone or video conversation. This gives us a chance to learn about your business, your space, and your needs before we schedule an on-site visit.
Option 2: On-Site Consultation & Walkthrough (30–45 minutes, depending on the size of your facility)
If you’d rather begin in person, we’ll meet at your location for a detailed walkthrough. During this visit, we’ll:
- Measure the square footage of each area requiring service.
- Review your list of desired cleaning tasks and priorities.
- Ask key questions about your current setup—such as challenges with past providers (if any), your preferred schedule, and your budget.
- Note any special requests or concerns to ensure our proposal is a perfect fit.
Option 3: Customized Proposal
After our conversation or walkthrough, we’ll prepare a tailored quote and draft contract. You’ll receive this by email for review, with plenty of time to ask questions before making a decision.
